Since you will already be in possession of the software, completion of a brief "Certificate of Destruction" is required, and your purchase price will be cheerfully refunded, less a small 10% fee to cover the costs of the online transaction with our e-commerce partners and Visa/MasterCard.**

CDROMs: If you purchase a backup CDROM with your order, please note this is NOT refundable. We can refund the cost of the software as explained above, however the CD is shipped by a third party fulfillment house and the CD's are printed on a custom basis and are not returnable... neither the cost of the CD ($6.00) nor the shipping at $2.99.

If you purchase and then request a refund, the 2-3% credit card transaction fees must be paid twice by our e-commerce provider... one for the purchase and once for credit.
