I just wanted to drop you a line and tell you about my experience with Registry First Aid 4.0. I've been using Registry Mechanic now for some years now and I have always found that it worked well and have developed a trust for the product. I'd run the program every week and let it fix whatever I screwed up the week before and pretty much forget about it. I'd always have a few problems here and there and would basically just blame MS or whatever program I was using and just get on with work. As it's Saturday, I ran Registry Mechanic 4 as usual, corrected all the errors it found and then immediately stumbled across your product while looking for a solution to a "regedit.exe was unable to initialise" problem that I kept getting everytime I shut my machine down. I knew that this was something to do with the registry so I thought, what the hell, let's download this thing and see what it'll do.

On first run, RFA found 228 errors in the registry. I thought it must be a mistake so I ran it again and once again Registry First Aid found 228 additional errors! Remember, I had just run Registry Mechanic 4 only a few minutes before and that gave me the 'all clear' after fixing a few problems that it found. I was so impressed, that I bought RFA on the spot and let it fix all the errors. It also fixed the regedit.exe error and my PC is now working very, very well. No glitches or hiccups, just a smooth operation. I am mad that I didn't find your product earlier and I'm mad at myself for trusting Registry Mechanic to do the job, and I'm also mad that I spent money on Registry Mechanic 4 and wound up just trashing it. I am happy though that my PC is working beautifully!
